Disappointed

We went to a Ventura County education authority event this evening. Elinor had entered a school art competition many weeks ago and, lo and behold, had won a prize and been invited to the award ceremony. Unfortunately, due to some logistical issues, neither her art work nor prize were in the building and so we left empty handed. There will be a formal celebration at her school on Friday. Behind that masked Elinor is Miffed!
