Cramond Island

This was the view on the long way round that I chose on my way to men's group. The ride along the front was hard, into the teeth of a brisk easterly wind. It is a good reminder of how much I have enjoyed being part of the eight week cycle of the men's group. It is also a reminder of the work I still have to do!
