Not Quite Ready ......

Had a walk around Skippool Creek on the Fylde Estuary, near Fleetwood. It is a quite amazing place. It has spawned an encampment of rickety jetties and boats that seem to have taken root, most rotting away due to neglect although a few others looking just about seaworthy. Quite, quite fascinating!
It reminded me of what I imagine it might have been like somewhere along the Mississippi around the turn of the century.
For a change it was a lovely warm(ish) day - clear skies and a watery sun.
