Leek, mushroom and farfalle pasta bake.

Typical Covid day (numbers are falling). Walked to Boscombe (wore fishing raincoat as knew would soon rain). Bought Polish sliced bread and needed mushrooms for my bake.

Waited ages for bus back. Luckily an elderly man came up to us. He told us they had diverted lots of the buses round the back streets. Thanks to the bus companies for not putting signs up :(

So we walked to the next stop and within seconds a bus arrived.

Relax, watched the news. Prepared my bake. Now eating, blipping and watching more news, all at the same time. The oil in the frying pan used to sweat the veg made an interesting pattern - pity it’s not Abstract Thursday.
