Car Wash

Took my car to the car wash today, this is the only picture I've taken today, I don't like it, but it will have to do! It's a double exposure processed in snapseed of the inside of the car, overlaid with the suds on the windscreen, and some filter or other added.

Needed to keep busy today as daughter No2 Hayley was having an endoscopy.  The last appointment was postponed as the Consultant had Covid. Pleased to say, nothing nasty found, just inflamed, which in itself  is not nice. She first went to her GP a year ago, and today admitted she'd been suffering a year before that with reflux issues.

When she had Reggie her stomach muscles totally split (Diastasis Recti) She was told if they didn't meet after 6 months to a year she would have to have surgery. Once the year was up she was told the NHS regard the procedure as 'cosmetic' and she would not be entitled to the op. She's always been a fit and active person who eats healthily, and doesn't carry excess weight, so was quite put out when a GP asked her what she ate, implying that she'd let herself 'go'. Now, my theory is the reflux problems link into this condition, that, and a very stressful job, not to mention children who don't believe in sleep. Sadly the NHS is under so much strain that I can't help but feel she has been abandoned. All quite frightening really.

I cleaned out the conservatory guttering of moss, did a little Tesco shop, and some editing on the football shots from Sunday. Camera club tonight (on zoom) so I have managed to keep busy!
