Rather him than me …….

….. but if a dangerous tree has to be cut down then someone has to do it. There must have been at least three or four guys down on the ground shouting out their instructions ….. down a bit, up a bit, right a bit, left a bit ….. and then then with a mighty crash a branch hit the pavement.

The noise of the power saws and the branch shredding machine was deafening ….. ear muffs were an essential part of the gear along with the hard hat.
Their young helper who was doing a great job feeding the branches into the shredder was doing a great job.

As you can see the weather today was lovely with the temp reaching a balmy 11C.
