Clearing my head

Been watching the news intently my heart goes out to the Ukranians any problems we have here in the west melt away in comparison 

On a work front, I finally managed to get to grips with starting this proposal and worked hard all day, tomorrow will be the same. 

Had to walk at 7 pm and clear my head 

Happy birthday to Alex can't believe he's 18 today
