Helleborus Anna's Red

A busy day round home starting to pack for our next adventure.  we are off on Friday bright and early, hopefully.

A glorious day with wall-to-wall sunshine.  So obviously various wanders round the garden were called for.  Amma's red is just coming into full flower so she seemed an appropriate blip.  Some of the modern varieties have been bred to "hold their heads up", unfortunately, she isn't one of them.  However, the lovely colour of the flowers and stems makes up for that.
