No clue what to call it

A lot of an eblip. ON the way home, I didn't have a blip, or any ideas for one.
Up to now, it had been all work making HarryJ a dull boy.
Stopped in a line of traffic, I happened to look left. Bingo!
At least I have a blip.

I watched Joe Biden's State of the Union speech. The part of it dealing with Ukraine I found to be quite powerful. Here's hoping that what he says about the finanacial and technolological sanctions come to fruition.
