The last flowers

The blip is of the last flowers on an azalea plant I was given by friends who came to stay over New Year…so it has done well and I will put it in the garden soon.
I tried out the portrait mode on my iPhone for this which works quite well for sharp focus in the foreground and a blurred background. It does not have to be a portrait!

Another dismal day so lots of sorting out of more cupboards in the kitchen and a couple of bags of things for the charity shop…. Including lots of  Bowmore whisky glasses and shot glasses which we never use.
