Golden Morning…..

Maisie and I had a different routine this morning. We drove to the start of our walk. Afterwards I dropped a book into the After-hours Book Return Slot at the Library. The light in town was quite golden. Such a contrast to the bleak start yesterday morning. In the aftermath of the horrific end to the Anti-Mandate protest at Parliament over 5000 Wellington folk have volunteered to help with the clean-up of the site of the protesters’ illegal occupation. Yay! There are good people in Wellington.
