Nice and shiny

A pretty horrible day here, cold, grey and damp.
So what do you do on a cold, grey, damp day?
You polish silver of course, and that’s what I did.
I have no idea why we have so many napkin rings.
The cigarette case at the bottom right belonged to my grandfather who died at the end of WW1
I’m pretty sure the Studs and Link box isn’t silver but I just love it’s Art Deco look.
As to the family photograph, this was taken when I was about 6 or 7 so I guess it must be about fifty years old!!!!!
