The Only Bit of Brightness

A day in the office to send out notifications to the private hire drivers licensed by us of the transfer of administration of the scheme to a neighbouring authority.  We'd had to wait until the authority had formally decided at full council to take on the role.  I'd been watching the meeting on a webcast the previous evening but gave up when they were still going on other agenda items at 10:40 pm.  We were advised that the decision was finally made at 2:40 am!

As I drove in there was just a hint of colour in the sky so I quickly stopped and grabbed the camera.  I've just got the sun's reflection in the pool of water on the track.
