Mamushka

Some of you may recall that I started a lockdown virtual cook-off with my team at work.   We take it in turn to choose a recipe book, and a recipe and then argue about whose turned out best.    We don't take it too seriously as you can probably tell.  This time Carol made a very appropriate choice, and my recipe book arrived today.  I'm looking forward to cooking my first ever Ukrainian dish.   Olia Hercules is a well-known Ukrainian chef and you can find some of her recipes here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/chefs/olia_hercules
