Building Bridges

The Preston Western Distributor road does what it says on the tin, taking traffic from the M55 down the West side of Preston to join up with the A583 Blackpool road.
At one point the new road has to cross the Lancaster canal and the Preston to Blackpool railway line so they have built a huge bridge which can be viewed from the Lancaster canal towpath.
