'Success......AT LAST........!

It would appear that at last ....I have made 'perfect' Brownies.........!
And I have this on 'very good authority'.......
What to do on a miserable wet afternoon......???
well...bake of course...I have The Lindt Chocolate Cookery Book....
and I would like to make many of the recipes!!!
But ...started with these Brownies..very simple..
and the raspberries and white chocolate chips lift them into the sublime territory!!
Recipe says Hazel Nuts....but my daughter doesn't eat nuts ....so replace with raspberries and white chocolate!!!

There was no sign of Kitty....while I was baking....
but he's in now...curled up asleep on his chair....
ears twitching.......waiting...
because there's a chicken in a dish under that tea-towel on my cooker....
and he's already put his request in for some............!!
