Chocolate

This dark chocolate has only 18g of carbohydrates per 100gs. Excellent score! Hard to find but I try to keep some in and have it after some meals. Tastes good too!

Nice day as drove to Avranches where I had lunch with friend I’ve not seen for months. So good to spend time with a normal English person. And our favourite restaurant
was as good as ever.
