We went to the Odeon at Kettering to see Belfast today, a film set in 1969 focussing on an endearing little boy growing up in the violent troubles there.
Moving, funny, poignant and well worth the watch.

We watched the news this evening. Heartbreaking to watch the desperate scenes in Ukraine.
It was however so heartwarming to watch the scenes yesterday of many Germans welcoming refugees at train stations offering homes and shelter to those fleeing Ukraine.

Praying for this war to stop.
