Lucky cats

Not only does our local Chinese supermarket sell every oriental cooking ingredient under the sun (and a few others), you can also buy a lucky cat.

These are waving with their left hands (paws?), which is meant to bring prosperity. A bit of prosperity along with my noodles wouldn't go amiss........
