Friday: Beach Band

We slept really well last night and are definitely getting into relaxation mode.  We enjoyed a good long walk this morning, followed by brunch, and then a leisurely afternoon on the beach. I finished my book, ‘How The One Armed Sister Sweeps Her House’, which was fabulous.  I met the author at the Vancouver Writers’ Fest in September - she was lovely and her book really didn’t disappoint.

The internet in the hotel is such that I have to crouch in one corner of the balcony to get reception.  So it’s very much post and run, I’m afraid.
