Studio Kit

I've been thinking a lot recently about buying a studio portrait kit.... after searching through 100's of pages on the internet and reading goodness knows how many articles I'm thinking I could lose my head up my own backside trying to decide what is right! I think I know what I want but any input you have would be greatfully received!
