Lonely ant?

I noticed this chap on my windowsill. I'm not sure where he came from and for that, I'm not sure where he is now. Does any kind person know what he is exactly?

I was taken to Suwalki this afternoon, which gave me an unprecedented chance to look through the window. I saw several storks, one flying and two on a nest looking rather bedraggled. Heavy rain last night has melted a lot of snow and there are pools on some fields. The Sejny-Suwalki road is due to be rebuilt soon. The ash and linden trees by the road are already condemned which is sad, but if the number of tragedies is reduced it will be worth it.

When I came back home I could hear the distant music of cranes.
