Back to work... and back to the gym

Fortunately its a short week... why they can't space the Bank Holidays out more throughout the year is always a mystery to me though. Think this daily blipping could prove difficult - long hours means no daylight :(

Guess I could take some pics down the gym? Would probably get chucked out though... ;)
