Mono March

Just back from a wonderful visit to Lyon... it is called the gourmet capital of France and I can see why... I am certainly carrying a few more pounds than I was prior to the visit.  The city itself was so beautiful too and had a lovely calm and peaceful atmosphere too.  We will certainly be back.
