Saturday

We had a slow morning and did not leave home until 11ish.

I took the boys for a walk and then we spent 1½ hours in the training hall.

I have some work to do in the afternoon and otherwise I plan on a quiet and restful Saturday. 

A ceasefire had been announced in some cities in Ukraine, which should give residents a chance to get to safety, but it never happened. This war is just so wrong.
