The Bells

Did another tour of the house, this time with the kids in tow, they seemed to really enjoy it.

Then we went up to Hadrian's wall and walked along it in the wrong direction (i.e. into the biting wind. Got to Housesteads fort where we clambered among the ruins and admired roman sanitation ("I found it, i found it, this is where the Romans did their poos"). Great walk, just beautiful.
