New Thinking

In Retford today for a workshop on a new way at looking at health and safety and organisational and human performance.  Some difficult discussions but some open minds as well.  It won't be a quick fix but it is a step forward.

Spoke to my fellow transplant warrior and to hear about his son who is also a transplant warrior.  Both are doing great and will probably enter the British Transplant Games in the summer.

Another drive on to my next destination, Scunthorpe.  It was good to catch up with one of my former team member who left at the end of last year.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A positive day of discussion
2.  Meeting up with a former member of my team
