Tranquility

The weather forecast this morning was looking favourable and it didn't disappoint at all.

Myself and my swimming companion for today, James, spent a good wee while taking photo's before heading in to enjoy the cold calm waters.

Some ice had formed at the waters edge but once in and "front crawl" started, it was bliss......apart from the face being "numbed" and the fingers "useless" due to the cold.

Was it worth it??
