Another one done

parkrun again today and a beautiful day for it. Frosty overnight but the course was OK this morning, and, for once at Cramond, hardly a breath of wind. My best time for 2022 so far.

It seemed appropriate this week to wear my blue ‘500’ parkrun t-shirt and a yellow buff.
