I had 2 drinks last night so why the hell have I suffered what can only be described as a hangover today?

I felt so dreadful that I used an LFT. Still do at least 3 a week for work. Thankfully negative.

Lucy, Isaac and Marvin came round late this afternoon. They explored the cutting, Marvin had a swim, and the dogs had a play.

I've perked up. Thank heavens.
