Bridge went well last night.  I was amazed how it all came back to me.

Interesting time at the charity shop.  The assistant manageress decided to deal with all the coins given in donations that have accumulated over the last year.  They had been bagged up to go  the bank but all small demoninations so were very heavy.  I helped her take them to the nearby supermarket and put them through their machine.  It took for ever but we came out with £75 less the £8 taken for their 'cut'.  Well worth it, and we had a good giggle.  The machine had to keep stopping us from putting more coins in so that it could  catch up!

Gave my neighbour her first lesson on her elctric sewing machine today.  She has gone home with some 'homework' to practice on.
