Preparing!!

Today was an assessment day but tomorrow I get to teach!!

I’ve spent the evening excitedly planning two forms of exercise I love boxing and padwork and kettlebells, ready to teach to students tomorrow as part of their CPD qualifications!!

I have some much passion for these subjects and can’t wait to share my enthusiasm and knowledge!!
