Time together

My Mum and I have had a lovely time together these past nine days. So much to talk about, so much reflect upon, so much to be grateful for, so much has happened in our lives these last two years when it has not been possible for us to meet up. But these days haven't just been about us. So much has been overtaken by the world news and the horrors of what is happening in Ukraine.
We headed to Lake Como for our last day together, coffee in Argegno, lunch in Menaggio, gentle walks by the lakeside, icecream in Tremezzo.
