Wind down or wind up?

Quite a difficult day trying to sort out pain and nausea relief for M who had a bad post operative day, including a visit to A&E in an ambulance. However by the evening she seemed better and hopefully tomorrow will be less trying for her. J came in the evening and we watched TV and then played on the VR which hasn’t had an outing in weeks. I like the Beat Sabre game because it puts my fading response times to the test at the same time as giving me a small workout.
