Did it!

Did my first 5K ParkRun this morning and was pleased to complete it in 68 minutes - the fastest time was 19 minutes (but he runs - I can only walk!). The weather could have been better - but it could have rained hard and continuously instead of light and intermittent!
A bonus surprise was meeting fellow Blipper Pandammonium - I knew she lived in the area but had not met her before - she is a regular ParkRun volunteer so we will probably meet again as I intend to take part quite frequently now I know I can do it.
