2624. Rice Lake, North Vancouver

We met up with some Canadian friends of one of our neighbours today after they gave us their contact details.  We met up at Lonsdale Quay and after a coffee and a chat we headed up into North Vancouver to Rice Lake for a wonderful walk through the forest.  Then came back to Lonsdale Quay via a rather nice Craft Beer place where we had lunch.

What an amazing day we had too……tired now and back at the hotel….
