Frank's birthday and he cooked and baked for everyone. Lou managed to sit at the table for her starter but retreated to the sofa. She got to spend time with Anne for the first time since she lost John. They were both very busy looking after each other and catching up.

In other news Grace amused us with a story of taking her Mum to see Fatal Attraction  at The Opera House in Manchester last weekend. The girls sitting next to them had had so much to drink that one of them vomited over the people in front. I know !
