Tulips growing in the Compost Heap!

6°C  -  10 mph SSW Wind Speed  -  12 mph Gusts  -  Sunny Day.  Lovely day doing a bit of work in the garden  -  too cold to stay though!  The only place I have Tulips growing is in the compost heap  -  I recognise the Feverfew also growing up on the left, and am wondering what the other little plants are that are spread around the Tulip bed.  I have blipped these Tulips before and am watching their development  -  see HERE 3rd Feb  and when I first spotted them last year on 5 Dec.
