Notes: I think it's been about 6 weeks since I've been here and tried a ride last Sun (windchill in 30s turned me back) but I finally got out and headed north along the ocean on the bike. Beautiful morning, no bike lanes here - road just stops at exactly 5 miles from the house but that worked for today (as best I can tell, it was around 12/12 (12 weeks - wow, lots of 12's) since my last ride into Pass-A-Grille ... the back issues kept me down for awhile. Quiet day, talked to Al when I thought I'd missed a call from him (was 2 days ago).
