Hi-viz day

Helping out at parkrun this morning. Rather than running I was on marshal duty - pointing people in the right direction and offering words of encouragement. I was lucky to be posted in a sunny spot, but I was getting pretty chilly by the time the shift was over. Home for bacon roll and coffee.
