Cocktail #18 of 50: Gibson

Stir 3 (!) measures gin and 0.5 measure dry vermouth with ice. Strain into martini glasses and then drop in the key ingredient- a cocktail onion!!

Now, stay open minded here, I don’t like dirty martini and was expecting to hate this one… but actually it was very much ok if not a favourite!

After a day planting 100s of bulbs in the garden and lugging pots around it was very acceptable :-)
