Backblip

Very worrying situation with the war in Ukraine. Praying for all innocent victims and an end to this atrocity.

I started very early this morning to complete the prep before the training day. This is a 2 day training for Stage 2 of the selection panel. It should have been residential but early February they took the decision to move all remaining training to zoom due to COVID. They didn't want the potential of taking out a large number of advisers in one go. 

It was a very intense day but I really enjoyed it. We have some homework to do tonight in preparation for tomorrow.
