Dessert

Today was Park Run with Dad, who has decided he's going to give up a running for a while due to a few health niggles that he says are age related. He's going to stick to walking now.
Later I went for dinner at The Loopy Shrew in Shrewsbury with a local social group that I joined last year. It was lovely food and good company, and possibly the best creme brulee I've ever tasted.
