Nigel has kept a good eye on the allotment over the Winter, but he does love it when we return, he loves the company and a bit of chatter. He loves that we feed the Robin and that the bird comes in close.

We love the chatter, the visit from the chirping Robin and the chance to get our hands in the cold soil.
There's a bit of heat needed before we add the seeds and plants.

Today I used a whet stone to sharpen the shears and a cretain stone to help remove the rust. All new skills for me and fun to play.
