Early morning run. Struggled on the hills.

Then a bit of quiet time.

Z took indie to pick up a few things and I took Q to his hockey match in thame

It turned out he was selected for the boys A team. Huge change of pace and skill than he was used to. But he did really well for a first time.

Then home. Everyone very tired this evening.
