Part of a calorie controlled diet

Aye right!

After being dragged to M+S and B+Q tonight to get some "essentials" I was rewarded with some McDonalds. I use the term reward loosely as I had to pay, but it did mean that when we got home I didn't have to cook.

I did however on my return have to fix a website I maintain (Joomla based) that got hacked (again!) - All hunky dorey now.
