Shrove Tuesday

One of Anya’s favourite celebrations. Well it’s food so of course she loves it :)
I was smashing it tonight: both children collected and home by 4.30, Anya changed and ready for swimming, kitchen cleared and 18 pancakes made, 6 rolled with spinach and feta ready for us later, savoury cheese pancakes for Anya and Max followed by sweet pancakes then off to swimming with Anya, where I’m surprised she didn’t sink!
