Ukrainian Beauty

For Christmas Dan bought me two scarves from a seller on Etsy. They came all the way from Ukraine. I thought how beautiful and exotic. Now I wonder how the person is who sold Dan the scarves, where they live and how their family is. I hope they are okay. I love these scarves all the more and wear them a lot. They are a thin wool and great for our winter.
I am including a link to a youtube video of a Ukrainian band called DakhaBrakha someone posted on FB today. It was amazing. 30 minutes of incredible music. Some songs are traditional but clearly with their twist on it with a hint of jazz. The costumes they wear are worth watching 5 minutes of it but indulge yourself and watch the whole thing. The cello player has the best smile and clearly is enjoying herself.
