Playing in the snow

A still picture from a short film of Dave coming down the run we've created. He's sitting on a sledging mattress which glides well over the hard snow. 
A swift flight down and then a plod back up to the top. Get your breath back and then another swoop down the snow. Pure fun! (The 22 second video is here.)

It's a little strange to be out enjoying myself while horrible things are happening in Ukraine but it won't help anyone if I sit inside listening tom the radio.
Later in the day we took a trip to the top of Owl Crag, Uvberget.  It was breezy and sunny up there and we used the cabin on top to have a snack. Both Jan and Jude blipped pictures from the top of the crag.
