Sat in my car catching up with e mails, messenger, WhatsApp and texts. We can’t receive or send anything from home. Virgin seem to be in no hurry to rectify their error. We’re bounced around from one department to another like a pin ball!

Called into estate agent to let them know they can’t contact us, he said probably another 8 weeks until probate approved. All very frustrating. I know compared to what’s going on in the world, it’s not important, but all rather depressing.
